Estimation Enginner - Costing (5-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Design of products of company for estimation
- Determine materials and equipments cost by referring to ASME standards/Cataloge and through personal contacts with the vendors and suppliers
- Estimate, labor cost by stuyding the previous project final cost analysis and by unit cost guides based on the national avgerages
- Preparing technical annexure for the estimated projects
- Handling technical annexure for the estimated projects
- handling online tenders like EIL, Oxyomon technical bid and documentation
- Doing design calculation on the based of RFQ on the estimation level
- Determines Supervision, inspection and other overhead cost on the basis of estimation of the time required for the completion of project
- Ensure All Quotations 90 within Due Date to Clients.
- Prepare Quotes error Free
- Apart from overhead and margin no other charges should be scanned by reporting manager during final evaluation
- Maintain & update enquiry register with immediate update during enquiry receipt & offer Submission
- Take All Practical Costs In Commercial part of Estimation & Not a single assumption to be done. Every cost will have Backup during Review.
- Maintain cost database of reference.
- Discuss with subvendors to get right cost.
- Release Budget to Project Department Post order
- Brief complete order to execution team during KOM
- PV Elite & Autocad
