Testing Engineer


JOB PROFILE :

1. Testing of electronic Products

2. Preparation of Testing requirement, testing standards, testing methods etc.

3. Responsible for Electronic, Environmental, Endurance, Thermal, EMI/EMC & Safety testing

4. Planning & execution of Electronic inspection methods, equipments. Jigs, Fixtures, machines with equipment manufacturer

5. Identify bugs & issues in electronic product testing & circulation with CFT for analysis

6. Define & Preparation of Testing Standards, FW like SOP, WI, QD & QF for various electronic testing.

7. Electronic testing finalisation & test compliance

8. Follow & maintain Development process flow

9. Preparation of testing results by completing reports & logs, summarizing rework & waste, input data in quality database.

10. Responsible for tracking of testing samples & monitoring of testing data.

11. Methodical handover of development part/process

12. Coordination with CFT for various tests, testing data circulation, discussion on issues & errors in testing.

KRAs :

1. Electronic Test Finalization & test compliance

2. Testing of Electronic product with adherence of Stage gate compliance

3. Preparation of Testing Standards, Testing Requirements, FW like SOP, WI, QD & QF for various electronic testing.

4. Identification of bugs & issues in electronic product testing & circulation with CFT for analysis

5. Training & development

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

- BE Electronics & Telecommunication GET/Fresher.

- Shall have basic knowledge of electronics testing, Standards & methods

- Good analytical, Escalation & Communication Skills

- Shall have exposure of CFT handling

- Good Engineering Drawing reading skills

- Should have own 2Wheeler Bike
