Qualification : MBA / Experience in Fintech Electronic Industry

Skills :

- Experience in Material management.

- Excellent analytical and negotiation are required.

- And Presentation & Planning skill.

Roles & Core Responsibilities :

- Warehousing and control of materials from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customer(s).

- Manage inventory and establishes controls to ensure operating at the highest level of performance based on key performance metrics and minimized supply chain risk.

- Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.

- Select transportation options to maximize economy and efficiency

- Develop strategies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire function in creating a world class materials management group.

- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to procurement.

- Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials and optimize warehouse functions.

- Monitor service providers performance vis a vis commitments and provide necessary feedbacks to them and assure improvement, on periodic basis

- Participate in the design and implementation of new ERP system and optimize its use.

- Lead negotiation efforts for major contract.

- Establishes annual goals and objectives, (including stretch targets) in coordination with corporate objectives, and manages performance to ensure attainment.

- Train and mentor SCM employees

- Work in close loop with other functional teams to continuously enhance operational efficiency.

- Taking care of Logistics-inward &outward within India & abroad.

- Manage Audit, Assess Vendors, Service Providers, Budgeting, Contract, negotiate.

- Add & Enhance manage infrastructure
