EVP/VP - Project Execution - Solar (13-30 yrs)
Job Title : EVP/VP-Project Execution(Solar)
Reporting to : Director
Role Objective : Will Lead and manage the large teams of project management, supply chain, Operations & Engineering.
Principal Accountability :
- Building and managing multiple projects across South India & West India with best execution excellence in terms of cost, time & quality.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor & track progress of various projects.
- Manage changes to the Project scope, schedule & cost using appropriate measures.
- Successfully manage the relationship with large number of people.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Key Qualities :
- Proven working experience in Solar PV Projects.
- Sound Understanding of Power sector & supplier base.
- High energy level.
- Strong capability on detailing & cost orientation.
- Flexibility to travel.
