Excitel - Engineer - Fault & Repair (0-2 yrs)
What we are looking for :
- Repair & Maintenance Engineer for Delhi-NCR to maintain the CPE by identifying the fault line and replace and repair the faulty components hardware & software to make the device functional and operational.
Required skills :
- Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults and diagnose breakdown problems.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining all kinds of CPE's (ONU/ONT/Wifi Routers) & by identifying the fault and repairing it.
- Understanding of the various components enclosed in a CPE i.e DC converters / Chipsets /Resistors / BOSA -optical port / Ethernet components / Wifi Chipsets / Antennas.
- Knowledge of the entire CPE ecosystem hardware component and its working
- Expert in repairing with a deep dive understanding of component level fixing.
- Manage specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components with an understanding of Systems & Software troubleshooting & installation
