Executive Advisor to Director (5-20 yrs)
The candidate Must be BE / Btech from Reputed University along with CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY Business Exp., English is Fluent,
- Should be part of assistance in business strategy and its implementation
- Managing daily activities of the Senior Management.
- Development and implementation of communication strategies, procedures and guidelines to support the Units objectives and provides a liaison function between the unit departments & clients.
- Correspondence on all routine office matters pertaining to Finance & Business activities.
- Fixing business appointments, meetings and related pre post event management.
- Update Calendar / Diary management, interact with both internal and external executives and clients as well as consultant to coordinate and arrange a variety of meetings.
- Ensure availability of appropriate records and maintain the confidentiality of the records of the Office
