Executive Assistant (1-4 yrs)

An executive assistant provides high-level administrative, organizational, and logistical support to executives, typically CEOs, presidents, or senior management. They act as a crucial point of contact and manage various aspects of the executive's professional life, freeing them to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities :
Calendar Management : Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Communication Management : Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Meeting Coordination : Organizing and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Travel Arrangements : Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
Document Preparation : Creating and editing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Administrative Support : Maintaining filing systems, managing databases, and handling general office tasks.
Project Assistance : Supporting executives in special projects and ad-hoc tasks.
Confidentiality : Maintaining discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
Stakeholder Relations : Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Event Planning : Organizing corporate events, both on-site and off-site.
Skills and Qualifications :
Organizational Skills : Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Technical Proficiency : Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
