Role Description :
Our Company is looking for a full-time Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and personal assistance to the CEO. This includes diary management, clerical skills, and other administrative assistance.
Role: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Chakala, Andheri East - Mumbai
Salary bracket: 9LPA to 12LPA

- Executive Administrative Assistance: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and attention to detail.
- Personal Assistance: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Diary Management: Ability to manage multiple calendars, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Clerical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Administrative Assistance: Ability to multitask, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, experience in a similar role, and knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
