Executive Assistant (1-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Co-Founders
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Regularly review scheduled meetings, re-evaluate priorities and modify previously scheduled appointments
- Prepare minutes of meetings, proposals, company wide communications, letters as required
- Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports on various aspects as instructed
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Requirements :
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and multitasking and People's skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Assertive, creative & collaborative to anticipate and resolve challenges and business needs
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Self-driven, motivated and ability to act under pressure
