Executive Assistant (2-8 yrs)
About the Role :
- We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly professional Executive Assistant to support one of our Senior Directors. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting senior leadership and will possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- This is a high-visibility role requiring discretion, initiative, and a high degree of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage complex calendars and schedule internal/external meetings using MS Outlook
- Prepare, track, and process expense reports and check requests.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Screen and manage high-volume calls and emails.
- Format and edit executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents and reports.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (email and physical mail).
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and updated contact lists.
- Support with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience supporting senior leadership or C-level executives
- Prior experience in large organizations or MNCs
- Familiarity with Oracle tools and systems is a plus
