Job Description
About the Role: our client is looking for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Admin / Executive Assistant. As an Admin / Executive Assistant who will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The EA will be required to manage your workload and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with competitive compensation
Job Responsibilities:
Inbox Communication - Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
Overseeing general office operation
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
Database Management - Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members
- Maintain an organised filing system of electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Admin & Customer Support - Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
Social Media Management
- Business Development Assistance
- Project Management
- Other recurring tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5- 7 years of relevant experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office / Google Business Suite skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication
