Executive Assistant/Administrator (4-7 yrs)
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant cum Administrator to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership while ensuring efficient administrative operations.
- This role is designed for a professional who can balance strategic executive assistance with hands on office coordination in a fast paced environment. The position requires a high level of discretion professionalism and attention to detail.
- The Executive Assistant component involves managing complex calendars scheduling meetings coordinating domestic travel and ensuring timely follow ups on action items.
- The incumbent will prepare reports presentations and briefing documents maintain accurate records and support leadership with day to day operational requirements. Handling emails calls and correspondence in a polished manner is essential.
- The administrative component focuses on supporting office operations vendor coordination documentation management and basic process tracking.
- The role holder will act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow. Maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information responsibly is critical.
- The ideal candidate is a graduate with relevant experience in executive support and administration. Strong command of written and spoken English excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize independently are required.
