Executive Assistant - Construction Chemical (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Handling all correspondence on behalf of VP Sales.
- Calendar Management Of VP Sales.
- MOM preparation - Preparing MOM and circulate the same to respective attendees with the deliverables.
- Attend meeting in incase of absence of VP. Arrange required meetings.
- Working as a Bridge for communication
- Daily dispatch planning with Team, follow up and update to be shared ahead for Pan India.
- Quarterly/Weekly lifting/sales plan to be made and shared to
- VPs after coordination with the Stakeholder for Pan India.
- Analyse the performance of Sales Executive state wise against KRAs and shared update with VPs.
- Outstanding followup on weekly basis and publish the same timely.
- Escalate the crucial ones.
- Retailer schemes evaluation and scrutinize the same state wise.
Candidate Profile :
- Graduate / MBA
- 2 - 5 years experience as EA
- Chemical / Construction Chemical Industry preferred
- Good Communication skills
