Executive/Assistant Manager - Maintenance - Plant (2-12 yrs)
Executive/AM-Maintenance from Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation
Exp : Min 2 to 12 yrs with CAPEX project planned & implemented in plant
Industry : FMCG/Food Manufacturing
Qualification : BE/B.Tech
Location : Derabassi, Punjab
Job Purpose : To conduct all maintenance at plant level
Job Responsibilities :
- Reporting to the plant head and responsible for maintenance of all mechanical, electrical equipment, DG sets and other utilities.
- Technical negotiations with prospective suppliers.
- Identifying bottlenecks and debottlenecking.
- Maintain mechanical/electrical/ instrumentations stores and inventory for critical items.
- Ensure that all utilities are maintained and function at optimum efficiencies.
- Responsible for departmental QSE system audit and documentation.
- Energy audits and implementation of energy saving measures at the plant.
- Prepare proposals/ presentations for techno-commercially-viable options.
- Responsible for generation/ collation of monthly operations- summary.
