Executive/Assistant Manager - MEP (4-5 yrs)

Job Description:

- Should handle & Manage all the MEP Works at the site Both internal & External.

- Need to coordinate with the project in-charge & all the Project Engineers and Complete all the MEP

- Related Works As per Technical Aspects based on specification mentioned in Drawings.

- Need to coordinate with EB officers for Connections & Other Services.

- Role & responsibilities:

- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.

- Ensure compliance with local regulatory standards and codes in all MEP installations.

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure quality control.

- Review and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve interdisciplinary clashes and ensure smooth project progress.

- Manage MEP subcontractors, including procurement, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

- Conduct technical meetings with subcontractors and consultants to discuss project requirements and resolve technical issues.

- Implement cost-saving measures and value engineering initiatives without compromising quality or safety.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and record drawings.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site staff.

- Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

- Previous experience as a Site Engineer is essential, with the ability to clearly instruct, delegate work, and understand installation time requirements.

- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Construction / Building maintenance sector.
