Executive Assistant - MD (4-12 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
- Managing the MD's office, keeping tab of budget, timelines and status on various projects initiated by MD.
Travel Management International and Domestic - Ticket bookings, Visa arrangement, Accommodation.
- Calendar management, scheduling meetings, agenda preparation and Minutes of Meeting and follow up on action points.
- Assist him in day-to-day operations of business and keep him update on the developments
- Mail Management and keep him update on the developments.
- To do market research, competitor benchmarking, market trends and analysis on various projects.
- Researching, prioritizing, and following up on issues and concerns addressed to the MD, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature and determine appropriate course of action, referral and response.
- Working closely and effectively with the MD to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Performing initial review of routine daily, weekly and monthly reports for MD.
- Assist with relevant and timely data / update to MD ensuring effective utilization of his time during meetings and reviews.
- Coordinate with various departments for MIS reports and any other important issue / communication from the management.
- To be responsible for smooth communication between the MDs office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support.
- Arrange Meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and develop systems, procedures and records in line with the organizations policies and objectives.
- Generating various MIS for the management on need basis.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by reporting manager/Management from time to time.
- Taking care of MD office work
- Maintaining Calendar and fixing meeting Internal and external for MD office
- Coordinating and doing ticket booking-domestic and International, apply visa, Passport renewal and Int Dl renewal Bank Work, if required for MD & Family
- Arranging equipment as required by MD and family
- Any other work assigned by MD and Family

The role demands discretion, integrity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with precision and professionalism.
- Candidate having similar experience would be an added advantage.
