Executive Assistant/Operations Lead (10-20 yrs)
Title: Operations Manager/ Lead / EA
Job Description:
Vendor Management:
- Vendor relationship management
- Coordination of vendor purchase orders and billing with the Accounts Payable team
Administrative Support:
- Document management, including knowledge management and centralized documents
- CRM management, tracking leads, meetings, etc.
Reporting:
- Regular reports on vendor costs, project status, operational metrics, etc.
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Scheduling and organizing meetings
- Event planning for client workshops, customer events, and training sessions
Requirements:
- Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take ownership
- Coordination skills with third parties, including managing calendars and vendors
