Job Title : Executive Assistant - CEO

Experience : 5 - 9 Years

Location : India (Bhubaneswar)

Competencies Required :

- 5 - 9 years of experience in an administrative role directly reporting to CEO

- Should have a Master's/ MBA degree (Operations, Sales)

- Experience working in HR Industry (Preferable)

- Proficient in Operations and Sales Management

- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Strong negotiation, time-management and problem-solving skills

- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects

- Expertise in MS office

- Proficient in virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet

- Experience in overseeing budgets, expenses, developing internal processes and filing systems

Roles & Responsibilities :

- To provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished that operations run efficiently

- To performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents

- To handle incoming communication or memos on behalf of CEO, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff

- To act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments

- To handle documentations - drafting reports, creating presentations, and managing contracts. They make sure everything is correct, organized and updated.

- To do research, analyse data, and create reports to help the CEO make their decisions

- To perform additional duties as assigned
