Eliminate time involvement in support activities, so Founder can focus on core activities :
Support activities include :
- Travel planning & coordination
- Document Management (personal & business docs)
- Fetch docs as required
- Be aware of docs and folder where it's saved
- Phone call management
- Email management
- Calendar Management. Send / Accept invites
- Task Management; issue, follow up & take updates. Highlight overdue tasks and follow up on same via email/ call
