Executive Assistant to Chairman (0-1 yrs)
Core Responsibilities
1. Manage the Chairman's complex calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, prioritizing items, and organizing travel and logistics for business and personal events.
2. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
3. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion, ensuring sensitive matters are maintained securely.
4. Coordinate communication and act as liaison between the Chairman, senior management, and external partners.
5. Organize, attend, and take minutes at executive meetings; ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Compile expense reports, maintain files (paper and electronic), and assist with project management or research as assigned.
Oversee logistics and material distribution for board and committee meetings, and support special events as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in an executive support role.
2. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.
4. Proficient in office software and document preparation (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
5. High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to anticipate needs.
6. Flexible, resourceful, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
