Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

The Role :

- The role will be assisting CEO with support and work on various cross functional initiatives on behalf of CEO and acts as an interface of CEO with internal departments.

- The role occupant must be process oriented and enjoy working within a fast-growing, results-driven, and values-oriented environment. Roles & Responsibilities :

Details of the role of Executive Assistant to CEO are as follows :

- Provides day to day support to CEO in preparing reports, presentations, communication notes for various stakeholders including administrative support of managing the calendar and schedules for various business commitment

- Support CEO in various review meetings, take notes and follow up

- Works with IT team to check various MIS data and dashboard details for the review meetings

- Identify opportunities and work independently on identified initiatives and follow them through for completion

- Regular interaction with Directors, Project Heads and Departments Heads on business related issues and maintaining necessary flow of communication CEO and MD

- Prepare various reports on industry insights and key trends and share with the CEO regularly

Functional Competencies :

- Exposure to Project Management

- Strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities

- Confident in interacting and following up with Senior Executives & external stakeholders

- Excellent command over Microsoft Office suite and exposure to Salesforce

Qualifications & Experience :

- B.E./B. Tech and MBA

- Certificate course in Business Analytics or Project Management

- 5 - 7 years, preferably in MEP, EPC, Construction or Project Management Industries
