Executive Assistant to Director (6-8 yrs)
Act as a point of contact among leadership team, employees, clients and other external partners
-  Managing the calendar and set up meetings accordingly
-  Ensure that the managing director is timely reminded of all important meetings
-  Manage the entire administrative phone calls, AMC, Renewals, Procurement of any assets for the Managing Director
-  Coordinate with personal admin, drivers, personal accountants, auditors- penetrating to all activities of the Managing Director.
-  Conduct research and provide appropriate solution, within the timeline to the Managing Director
-  Make travel arrangements on behalf of the Managing Director.
-  Solving any issues that the Managing Director requests for.
-  Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence for the Managing Director
-  Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadline.
-  Manage the Payments proactively
-  Carrying out specific projects and research
-  Ensure all business verticals of the Managing Director is administrated and timely report and solutions are provided.
Required Skills
-  Excellent communication to deal with Leadership team and Vendors
-  Proficiency in MS Office
-  Flexible to adapting to the culture and work assigned on time-to-time basis
