A Leading Interior Designing company requires an Executive Assistant to Director and the responsibilities include

Job Responsibilities :

1. Should have experience in controlling & Co-ordination of various activities of the Director.

2. Efficient in following up of various Projects with Directors and Employees.

3. Should have ability to explore the various new Methods & Research in this field. Should be techno savy.

4. Ability to keep good record of day to day assistance.

5. Should have ability to co-ordinate various clients & Project team in absence of Directors.

6. Should have aptitude to take responsibility to Enhance PR of the organization.

7. Should enable to achieve the objective of Organization by initiating various organization levels Interactions & meetings of Directors & concerned Agencies.

8. Should explore various events, activities, awards and initiable participation of TOA.

9. Should be enable to upgrade with new technology, system the aspects of office working

Key Skills [Mandatory] :

- Excellent communication skills
