Executive Assistant To Founder - Industrial (8-12 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.

- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner to and from the founders.

- Managing executives calendars and set up meetings.

- Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.

- Take minutes during meetings.

- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports.

- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

- Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place including team dinners and staff appreciation events.

Desired skills:

- Graduate degree preferably in Business Administration

- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Good knowledge of techniques for planning and monitoring programmes.

- Microsoft Presentation, Excel, and Word.

- Comfortable with using customer relationship management software preferably Zoho CRM.
