Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple executive functions with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Administration - Handle high-level administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Calendar & Scheduling - Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.

Communication & Correspondence - Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, and presentations.

Travel Management - Arrange flights, accommodations, and logistics for senior executives.

Meeting Coordination - Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Confidentiality & Compliance - Maintain confidentiality in all executive matters.

Stakeholder Management - Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external parties.

Special Projects - Assist in project coordination and ensure timely execution.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 15+ years in a similar role supporting C-Level Executives.

Age Requirement: 40 - 45 years.

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Organizational Ability: Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and prioritize effectively.

Professionalism & Discretion: Capable of handling confidential information with integrity.

Flexibility & Travel: Must be open to domestic and international travel as per business needs.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
