Executive Assistant to Managing Director/CEO (5-12 yrs)
Principal Responsibilities
A. Executive & Administrative Support
- Coordinates the MD & Chairman's calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring optimal time management.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications with discretion.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistical support.
- Act as a strategic gatekeeper, prioritizing engagements and interactions
B. Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between the MD & Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with business unit heads, the board, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinates meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and minutes where the chairman is the champion.
- Represent the MD & Chairman in internal and external meetings when required.
C. Business & Financial Reporting
- Prepare management reports, financial summaries, and business performance reviews.
- Assist in the interpretation and analysis of financial statements.
- Support the MD & Chairman in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure timely submission of reports for decision-making
D. Liaison with Banks & Financial Institutions
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Support financing activities, loan agreements, and banking transactions.
- Monitor financial commitments, payments, and compliance with banking requirements.
E. Internal Stakeholder Relations & Governance
- Work closely with business unit heads to track operational performance.
- Ensure smooth communication between the MD & Chairman and department heads.
- Monitor execution of strategic initiatives across the organization on behalf of the MD.
- Assist in governance processes, including board meeting coordination
Qualification & Experience :
- The incumbent must be business and financial savvy, preferably a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of experience in business
management, finance or executive support roles, demonstrating self-sufficiency, drive, and exceptional relationship management skills.
- Industry Exposure: Experience in a corporate, financial, or consulting environment preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong financial acumen and business analysis skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), financial reporting tools, and ERP systems.
