Executive Assistant To Sales Head (3-7 yrs)
- Aid Strategic Decision Making - One-stop-source for all the information integral in making data- driven executive decisions
- Strong persona with commendable research skills and provide actionable insights, problem solving and ability to collate information into executive summaries and presentations
- Excellent analytical skills having ability to work on large sets of confidential and sensitive data pertaining to planning, budgeting, forecasting, drawing inferences and highlighting key issues.
- Organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations; and oversees special projects.
- Driving operational efficacy by working with cross functional teams to strategize and implement said executive decisions and lead the coordination with other group companies on significant business initiatives
- Create processes, project management and monitoring of programs and initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3-5 years Executive Administrative experience, preferably in the Manufacturing or allied industries.
- Any Graduate or MBA/CA with Finance from a reputed college.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, able to prepare high impact materials.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively; demonstrates sense of urgency.
- High degree of professionalism and reacts well under pressure.
Candidate should be comfortable to travel to Europe
