Executive - Compression/Granulation/Coating (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
Implementation of the system as per the SOP providing training to subordinates.
- Line clearance from batch to batch and product to product.
- Monitoring shop floor activities in accordance with cGMP, supervision of manufacturing activities as per BMR.
- Documentation capabilities like filling of BMR and to maintain the respective records in area.
- To effectively produce quality products meeting regulatory requirements utilizing the technical expertise on machine operation & its maintenance.
- Responsible for the periodic calibration of in process equipment\'s.
- Responsible for updatation of production documents.
- Perform in process checks during Manufacturing.
- Handling of FBD and filter bags records.
- Coordination with QA for the validation of Process and cleaning validation.
- Performing self inspection audits in plant premises.
- Handling change controls,
- Preparation of BMR\'S.
Salary:INR 3,50,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
