RitikaaWood is the preferred brand for India's leading Architects and Designers for their needs of custom high-end joinery used in Premium High End Luxury Villas constructed for self-occupation.
Job purpose :
To design and cost all orders to ensure that customer requirements are met within estimated costs and profitability.
Duties and responsibilities :
- To progress sales inquiries and to establish customer requirements in conjunction with the sales managers
- To support sales in designs that meet customer specifications while being technically sound and commercially viable
- To prepare cost estimates and profit margins for the order
- To assess any risk factors that may affect the design
- Follow-up with sales and operations teams for various inputs to release the order on time
- Provide ethical and aesthetic solutions
- Interaction with operations team to ensure all issues related to design specifications at site are resolved
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Diploma with expertise in using AUTOCAD or any design software
- Strong communication, presentation and inter personal skills is a must
- Knowledge of costing
