Executive - Dispatch (0-2 yrs)
- Co-ordinate with SCM and production department for dispatch of finished goods as per plan;
- Monitor loading activities and to ensure that despatch of FG is done following the given standards and procedures:
- Prepare and generate of statutory documents (tax invoice, delivery challans, e-way bills etc.) for despatch/sale/stock transfer of finished goods, machineries, scraps, QC samples, return materials etc.
- Co-ordinate with internal/external auditors & resolving audit queries in respect to central excise and service tax.
- Co-ordinate with SCM for arrange vehicle for dispatch of finished goods.
- Track FG consignments till it's delivery in the destination and maintaining records thereof,
- Ensure safety of FG in transit by means of execution of indemnity bond, preparing and maintaining details, records and photographs of the transports as well as it's drivers and follow-ups during transit, Track incoming consignments till receipt thereof in the factory:
- Ensure early submission of freight bills to F&A and timely processing thereof,
- Ensure periodic reconciliation and confirmation of balance of transporters;
- Assess freight provisions and submit to F&A on periodic basis:
- Freight bill processing and online submission of Freight provision to F&A
