Job Description :
Qualification : Diploma / BE EEE
Experience : 4 - 6 Years
Work Location : Narasapur
Language : English, Hindi, Kannada
- Should be from Automobile Sector especially from Plastic Molded Parts Manufacturing Company.
- Should have a good knowledge of Injection Molding Process and Plastic Material Properties.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Working in all 3 shifts is mandate.
- Ensure proper functioning of all machines/ equipments allotted to him.
- Attending the breakdown.
- Maintenance of Machines & Equipments.
- Ensure to carry out AMC of utility equipments.
- Making sure products are produced on time and are of good quality.
- Assist the maintenance head for preparing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedule.
- Working in shift to implement the companys policies & goals.
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Supervising and motivating a team of workers
Skills & Competencies :
- Knowledge of TPM & TPS
- Pioneering in Injection Moulding Maintenance
- Planning & Problem solving Techniques
- Communication & Team building skills
