Executive Engineer - Plant (0-1 yrs)
Position : Executive Engineering (6 months renewable contract on third party's payroll)
Site execution of CAPEX projects at plant
Assist in preparation of HIRA, MOC, Project schedule, resource planning for Execution of projects at plant
Provide inputs to Manager for daily works progress / concerns if any
Co-ordinate with Project Contractors to ensure all site equipment are fit for purpose
Co-ordinate with OEM for on-site training on operation & maintenance of new equipment Co-ordinate with user functions for acceptance & hand-over of new infrastructure
Ensure task specific PPE compliance for all Project works at site in line with requirements of Prevention Plan and Permit to work
Ensure Prevention plan & PTW process for all contractors working at site
Ensure compliance to requirements of Safety Green Light and Joint Safety Tours for Contractor resources
Ensure storage and safe handling guidelines for all project material and disposal guidelines for waste material, Hazardous material, E-Waste related to Project works at site as per agreed company / regulatory norms
Conduct Tool Box Talks for Project resources at site to ensure requirements of Worksite Safety are followed
Ensure requirements to meet agreed HSEQ KPIs for various Project related works at site Maintain high standards of housekeeping across Project worksites as per guidelines
