Executive - FC Operations (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Handling labours and assigning tasks to them.
- Handling Receiving/grading/dispatching
- Responsible for dispatch of goods to DC on time.
- Responsible for Inbound/Outbound/Inventory management.
- Maintain floor level discipline and hygiene
- Publish regular operations reports
- Monitors labour work habits and makes sure tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
- Responds quickly and practically to emergencies, crises, or unexpected problems during the shift.
- Keeps Shift manager and upper level management updated of daily operations.
Requirements :
- Manages time effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrates ability to multitask on a daily basis.
- Demonstrates familiarity with basic computer programs, such as Word and Excel.
- Able to handle blue collared manpower in efficient way
- Should know Local Language
