Executive - Logistics (0-8 yrs)
We are seeking a Logistics Executive for our US Based Logistics Client to join their team in Chennai. This is a full-time role within the organization, suitable for dynamic individuals who want to have a career in Logistics Industry. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing logistics operations, coordinating supply chain activities, overseeing sales and to provide customer support.
- Attend customer inquiries from across globe, document the call inquiry and communicate to the right operations team across the globe.
- Follow-up on existing inquiries on daily basis, work closely with the operations and shipping to ensure that the shipping transaction gets executed accordingly.
- Must have strong documentation skills, communication skills and operational skills.
-Should be open to learn logistics SOP on our global operations.
- Preferred to have Logistics, Supply Chain, Cross Border Trade, Customs Regulations experiences.
- Must have strong experience in using MS-Office tools, any TMS,WMS, CRM tools.
