Job Description :
1. Plan and schedule and ensure periodic maintenance of Mechanical as per plan.
2. Effect of preventive and corrective maintenance must show in machine efficiency.
3. During ongoing Production if machine breakdown, maintenance must complete within short period of time.
4. Before start of production ensure daily check all machines Filling, sealing, labelling machine, conveyor Oiling and greasing area must do.
5. Define spares requirement for machines and initiate procurement of spares in advance before breakdown and indent spares when it goes below minimum order level.
6. Machine History card record must be updated.
7. Ensure calibration of instrument, Gauges done as per plan.
8. Make periodic inspections to see that all equipment and controls are operating properly, to detect and resolve problems and are in good condition.
9. Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
10.Oversee equipment stock and place indent for new supplies when necessary.
