Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience in operations or project management, particularly those with a background in electronics or operations management. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and executing operational tasks across various projects, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our smart city initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and execution of project-related operations, ensuring compliance with timelines and specifications.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth implementation of infrastructure projects.

- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure targets are met.

- Analyze operational data to recommend improvements and optimizations in project execution.

- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all project sites.

- Support the management team in operational troubleshooting and problem-solving.

- Engage with vendors and contractors to ensure services and products meet our stringent requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, or a Diploma in Electronics, is required.

- MBA in Operations Management is highly desirable.

- 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, project management, or related fields.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
