Executive - Packaging (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Analysis of packaging materials like, bottles, caps, tubes, jars, labels, shippers, sleeves, pumps etc.
2. Label Proofing & printing as per current artwork.
3. Proper utilization of packaging to achieve aesthetic presentation of all products.
4. Compare the packaging and labelling of products in the market.
5. Assess market trends, consumer tastes and product details to conceptualize package & designs.
6. Finalizing attractive packaging of the products as compared to the market competition.
7. Responsible for sourcing & stock maintains of all packaging items.
8. Conduct QC for all Input & Output packaging & Documentation.
9. Conduct daily inventory check for all items.
10. Need to project monthly requirement and well advance alarm in case of stock-outs situation arise.
11. Follow-up with vendor and ensure all necessary items are available.
12. Follow the processes for Purchases Order (PO), Goods received Note (GRN) / Transfer Orders (TO) for movement of stock and maintain the records.
13. Follow FIFO (First in First out) to ensure fresh packaging is always available for next lot of production.
14. Visiting markets and vendors to source packaging
