We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to join our team in Mumbai. As a Procurement Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement activities of IT hardware and related components. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality materials, maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing supply chain processes to support the company's IT hardware requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Procurement Management : Manage end-to-end procurement processes for IT hardware, including sourcing, vendor management, and purchase order creation.

- Vendor Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of products as per specifications.

- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

- Purchase Order Management : Issue purchase orders, track order status, and ensure that all purchased items are delivered on time and in accordance with company requirements.

- Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels of IT hardware, ensuring that inventory is maintained at optimal levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

- Cost Control : Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, discounts, and favorable terms, aiming to reduce procurement costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience : 3 - 9 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on IT hardware or similar technical products.

Education : Any graduate, preferably in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, etc.).

Vendor Relations : Strong experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for IT hardware procurement.

Market Knowledge : Good understanding of the IT hardware market, product specifications, and current market trends.

Negotiation Skills : Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing from vendors.
