Executive - Procurement - Milk (2-5 yrs)
The Milk Order Planner/Procurement position is responsible for ensuring that the company's milk supply is procured and managed in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Primary responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with milk suppliers to ensure an adequate and cost-effective supply of milk
- Monitor milk supply to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time
- Monitor stock levels and adjust orders accordingly
- Monitor and report on milk supplier performance
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the efficient and cost-effective procurement of milk
- Keep up to date on industry trends and new products
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of milk products
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for milk orders and related documents
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations related to milk procurement
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
