Key Responsibilities :
Purchase Executive
- Understand Project requirements.
- Identifying and selecting vendors and suppliers who can provide required materials at competitive prices.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers through effective communication to negotiate favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Co-ordinate with Estimation and Project Execution Team to plan and proceed purchase orders.
- Keeping detailed records of purchases, including vendor information, purchase orders, and delivery information
- Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for management to track performance and identify areas for improvement
