Executive - Purchase - Construction (3-5 yrs)
Skills and Qualification :
- Should have completed Under Graduation B.E., in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years experience in Purchasing / Logistics management in similar industry
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Purchase of Bill of quantities based on purchase requisition from various departments
- Enquiry to list of suppliers and preparation of quotation
- Negotiation with suppliers to get good quality at best price
- Updating of data in contribution sheets and Tally
- Visiting suppliers to know raw material trends in the market
- Agreements with service providers (Labour contracts, transport contract etc)
- Getting new suppliers with good credit terms as per requirements
- Purchase of capital equipment within planned budget
- Bills / invoices Terms and Conditions as per technical requirements
- Achieve raw materials to sales ratio less than 60%
- Achieve 5% Purchase cost reduction year-on-year
