Executive - Quality Assurance/Control - F&B Industry (1-7 yrs)
KRA:
- Manage operating cost within budget, Manage inventory
- Food products quality check, Raw Material Inspection, Cold chain management, HACCP, Calibration of equipments, Internal Audit, SOP preparation
- Conduct Training for team member on food safety, Supervise Pest control activity
- Vendor Audit, Daily, weekly & monthly review of quality parameter, Shelf life study of FGs, Ensure meeting of quality standards of packaged foods. ISO 22000 certification,
- Ensuring adherence to GMP, GHP & SOPs for smooth flow of operations, Adhere to the new norms of FSSAI, FSMS Audit
- Ensure adherence to Packaging norms & legal compliance.
- Trouble shooting of customer complains, Implementation of new strategies on food safety.,
- Identifying potential food safety hazards through HACCP approach to reduce or eliminate the risk of the hazards being realized. Supervision of critical control areas (CCP).
