Executive - Quality Assurance - Liquor/Alcohol Industry (4-12 yrs)

Position - Executive Quality Assurance
No. of Positions - 02
Locations - Anywhere in North India and Anywhere in West India
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Periodic Inspection and analysis of Quality cleared dry goods and wet goods.
- Analysis of online blend samples and finished productsfor physical, chemical and sensory parameters.
- Periodic EOL Checks for Finished Goods during packing operations.
- Checks of finished Goods in ware house.
- Verification of records pertaining to Quality& product safety.
- Monitoring GMP compliance.
- Timely Reporting of non-conformances observed and their resolution.
- MIS/dashboard reporting
- Monitor adherence to SOPs in blending and packing operations.
- To ensure adherence to laid down Quality standards and systems by effective monitoring the Quality of Dry goods, Wet goods, Stock In process, Finished goods, online Quality non-conformances w.r.t input, in-process and outputs and GMP compliance at the manufacturing units.
- The role reports to the Unit Head with a dotted line reporting to the Regional Quality Manager. The job requires close working with all operational functions of the unit for periodic inspections and analysis, documentation verification, assessment of GMP and SOP compliance.
Qualification - Graduate in Engg/Food /Dairy Technology
We need candidates with relevant experience in Quality/manufacturing function in a food & beverage industry of good repute.
