- Raw material analysis used in solvent based paints such as emulsion, extenders, pigments, Resin
- Maintain the colour computer, Brookfield viscometer, Kerbs viscometer, and CCD Machine without any problem
- Knowledge in certification of ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001
- Good Knowledge in color matching
- ABC analysis carried out for FG materials in filling section area
- Involving in ME Activities; Submit Kaizen, Single point lesson and Visual display
- Responsible for calibration of inspection, measuring & test equipment
EXPERT IN HANDLING :
- Colour computer/ Spectrophotometer
- Colour computerized dispenser (CCD Machine)
- Kerbs & Brookfield viscometer and Karl fishery titrator
- Gloss ; Meter
- Scratch Hardness Tester and Impact tester
- B.E/B Tech in Chemical/Paint/Polymer
- Experience must be 3 to 6 yrs
