Qualification : Msc / Bsc Chemistry
Job description :
- Analysis of Metal content in chemicals present in spent ash samples and Chemical samples
- Analysis of In process samples, salt solution
- To handle quality of products as well as the analysis from raw material, in process checks of the material to finished goods, Customer samples analysis.
- To check instrument calibrations and normal solution standardizations.
- Co-ordination with production on production planning- s, product improvements & developments
- Handled all the finished goods stock to ensure right material dispatch to right customer-
- Handled non confirmatory stocks with their disposal
- Generation of COA as per customer specifications
- Joint analysis with customer
- Calibration of instrument
- Maintaining Quality Daily report
- Handling SAP- Maintaining 5S in lab- Taking observation round in lab premises
Handling below instruments must :
- HPLC, ICP, AA-Spec., Malvern Particle Size Analyzer, UV-Vis.,
