Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and protocols for Memory foam cushion production.

- Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished components of Memory foam.

- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

- Perform various tests to check the product's quality to meet the SOP.

- Analyse test results and identify deviations from quality standards.

- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in quality management, Btech in Engineering and chemical or related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in quality control or assurance in a manufacturing or product development environment.
