Executive/Senior Executive - Civil (3-6 yrs)
Job Role- Senior Executive - Civil
Location- Navi Mumbai
Experience- 3-6 years
Mandatory Skills- Commercial projects, , Base build Projects, site Work, steel reconciliation
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management: Oversee and manage commercial building projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.
2. Site Execution: Supervise site activities, including RCC shell & core, casting of slabs/beams, block works, plaster, external facade, and finishing work.
3. Steel Reconciliation: Manage steel reconciliation, ensuring accurate material usage and minimizing waste.
4. Contractor Management: Manage and coordinate contractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.
5. Consultant Interaction: Liaise with consultants, including architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure project requirements are met.
6. QA/QC: Ensure quality assurance and quality control processes are implemented and followed on site.
7. EHS: Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards on site.
Requirements
1. Experience: 3-6 years of experience in commercial building projects, with a focus on site execution and project management.
2. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, including RCC, block works, plaster, and finishing work.
3. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including contractors and site staff.
4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues on site.
