Executive/Senior Executive - Quality Control (3-7 yrs)
Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control professional to oversee and manage quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities across ongoing projects in the water/wastewater treatment industry. The role involves coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review project specifications and advise the Application and Project teams on QA/QC requirements.
- Develop and submit Project-Specific Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) in line with tender specifications.
- Prepare and submit Quality Procedures, Manufacturing Procedures, and related documents per customer protocol.
- Draft and qualify Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and
- Coordinate inspections: Raise inspection notifications, engage with vendors and clients, and arrange for customer witness inspections (e.g., Chembond).
- Conduct and witness in-process, stage, and final inspections per the approved ITPs.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of project QA/QC documentation and final Manufacturing
