Executive - Supply Chain (1-2 yrs)
Job Location : Coimbatore
JOB OVERVIEW :
- Coordinate with technical teams and preparation of RFI, RFP, RFQ and other documents required for communication to vendors.
- Identification of vendors and maintenance of Vendor Resource Management system.
- Coordination of technical feasibility with vendors
- Issue of RFQ and collation of quotes from vendors
- Execute the evaluation of proposals and quotes
- Complete follow up of the activities with the vendor for the purchase cycle
- Coordinate logistics
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Prior work experience in the automotive or auto components industry a plus
- Should be self-motivated and take initiatives for the betterment of the company
- User-level familiarity with any e-mail client and working proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and collaborative skills
Experience : 1-2 yrs
