Key Accountability Areas :
1. Handle Logistics Queries receiving from Logistics Partners.
2. Handle Logistics Emails.
3. Contact Customers, Vendors and Logistics for any Issues.
4. Analyze the queries coming and prepare a POA for reducing those.
5. Working on Customer Returns Packages.
6. Tracking the packages shipped from Warehouses.
Skills Required :
1. Good Communication Skills.
2. Good Analytical Skills.
3. Basic MS Office knowledge.
4. Should be able to handle international customers and vendors over call
